Traveler Photos. The staff are super friendly and kept me laughing the entire time!!!!!. Shout to Miguel and the rest of the crew. From the bottom of my heart The staff are amazing and make the experience fun and safe. They provide water from a cooler with cups but also sell bottled water, beer, and cola for 40 pesos each. You can bring a back pack or bag and they will provide you a locker key for a peso deposit which you get back at the end of the tour if you return the key.

Be prepared to get a little muddy and bug spray may be a good idea too due to mosquitos. Overall though I would highly recommend this activity. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst. It started being picked up at our hotel with a shared transportation. The drive to the excursion was one of the scariest parts. There were a couple of times that everyone in the van gasped in fear. An hour later, we arrived at the eco park. It was a sales pitch from the beginning.

We declined all of those. They then brought us to a separate area where we sat for almost an additional hour just waiting. The people next to us went to ask multiple times what we were waiting for and they said additional groups. Not just one song or two, but an hour straight for this music. Their pictures that they sell are a ridiculous price. The cenote was fun, the zip lining was ok. The brakes on most of them just did not work or barely worked.

There was something dragging behind my ATV. We pointed it out and they did not seem concerned. The trail was truly the worst. This trip was not even enjoyable. There were so many rocks that it was unpleasant. They reiterated at the beginning that if anything were to happen as far as an accident, it would be your fault. My guess is that someone has gotten hurt on these trails.

It was throwing you around everywhere. This is definitely NOT for kids. My knuckles were white from holding on so tight. It says 50 minute ATV ride - it definitely was not You just go in circles for about 25 minutes.

During the transition of the excursions, we were brought to their souvenir store where they attempted to sell us their vanilla. We also got a tequila informational session which was interesting but also a sales pitch.

At the end, we got some tacos. They were small but appreciated. Most of us got the pork tacos which were decent but did not blow anyone away. They were pretty dry and did not come with any sides, condiments, drinks, etc. While we were eating, there were two men playing loud drums and a conch shell. They came to each table and asked for tips when they were done. The staff was pretty nice. The kitchen staff at the end with the tacos were awesome and appeared to be working very hard.

Our guide, Henry, was nice and helpful. They did make it a point at the end to ask for tips and hold out a jar for them saying they did not make any money without the tips. At the end, we sat there and had to wait for our shuttle driver when we were very much ready to go.

They had us locked in the park and staff would not let us out. We shuttled back with 4 others and we all were under the same general impression of our entire experience. Reviews 4. The private cenote that we attended at the end with tacos and margaritas I could of spend my entire day there!

The quad riding was a little boring if you ride regularly but still fun! More Less. Helpful Helpful. The zip lines were lack luster, but the rest of the excursions were great. The cenote was beautiful and the atv ride was fun. What you can expect during your visit.

Traveler Photos. First off, there were only 3 ziplines, not 5. They were all short and unexciting. Great for beginners. The cenote swimming was a blast, and perhaps the most fun from all three activities. The water was amazing, and I did some cliff jumps into the water. You can look at your pictures at the end and buy them if you please.

The fumes from the ATV gasoline and the dust in the air gets to you, take something to cover your mouth. A bandana will work.

Otherwise, barefoot is the best way to go. Lastly, the staff was exceptional, especially our guide, Victor. They really made the whole thing even more fun. The food they gave us at the end was also delicious. We were very disappointed that we missed our afternoon activities due to the excursion timing not being advertised correctly. The excursion is listed as 5hrs however beware that is 5hrs NOT including transportation.

Our tour guide was Mary she was very fun, high energy and informative throughout our excursion. I would advise to bring a towel to dry after after the cenote as they do not provide this like others we had been to. Bring insect repellent and sunscreen as you are in the jungle are bugs are everywhere! After the excursions we ate took approx 10 mins to get our food and a other hour for our return transportation to arrive. Lunch was horrible your meal options are Pork Tacos super dry with no flavor Mexican Tuna Tacos Vegetable Tacos Water, soda and Powerade not included fine with the soda and Powerade not being included but the not included water was disappointing You can upgrade your meal to nachos, ceviche, steak, or chicken tacos.

There was a surprise tequila tasting. Buy souvenirs here bc they are more affordable. You will get to zip-line, ATV and swim in Cenote. This is a must for adventurous ppl. Bring insect repellent. Reviews 4. The people at the excursion were nice and friendly, encouraging and all around fun.

We updated to the private cenote experience when we got there and it was definitely worth it. The cenote was amazing, food was really good, tequila tasting was great. Unlimited drinks. And our guide Aldo was the best!!!! Definitely worth it. The ATV and zip lining were really fun also!! More Less. Helpful Helpful.
