Cannot load saved game fable 3

If so, can you try another title and let us know if you encounter freezes then? Also, that's not the first course of action when someone is having an issue with one game. I too just had my Fable 3 game freeze during the load screen.

The chicken symbol will stop spinning and the xbox will lock up. I will have to turn off the system and restart. I checked the disc, it is fine. I deleted all files from the xbox except the hero save file. I re-installed everything and it still does the same thing. I transferred the save file to my other xbox and again, it froze during the load screen. I moved the hero save file to the cloud drive, and restarted a new game with a new hero and all works fine. Trying to load the original save file from the cloud drive still causes the game to freeze.

Is there any way to see if there is something corrupt in the save, or to get it to load another way? I hate that I had 19million gold and almost complete. Hmm, I would also try this: support. It just stayed on the loading page with the chicken spinning around and around. With hints at the bottom.

Then I installed the disc on to my xbox and it worked again. And when I stopped it wouldn't start and id the loading page. I uninstalled it and re installed it. But still its the hints and chicken page. When I play online with a friend I can only join his game because mine stays on the loading page. Hate not me, hate your weakness.

I have Fable 3 installed on my D drive, but the game saves go to the system drive C as the default not changeable, and it doesn't follow the game install path so I don't see what is going on there. Hopefully you will figure it out. I tried again switching to a lower resolution but it still fails when saving at the guild seal.

I had to make a shortcut to the Fable three launcher to start the game as clicking on play in steam no longer starts the game. I think I'll try posting on the Fable 3 forums since the Steam forums arn't helping.
