Global installation resources llc

I have been with the company for six years now but only this position for the last two. The worst place to work for. They do not pay you for a job you have done if you quit.

They give you leads to see potential clients and in many cases the appointments are either cancelled or postponed. Even worse the client did not ask for an appointment. Communication channels a joke. In other words you have to finance your job you done for them and you submit your expenses every two weeks and you get it paid after two weeks. Pros Nothing. Yes There are 1 helpful reviews 1 No.

Would you recommend working at your company? Help people considering your employer make a good choice. Solid culture and everyone I have worked with has gone out of their way to make sure I am successful. The position itself can be stressful at times but I have been lucky enough to work with some great clients and on some very interesting projects. Travel can be a pain but they seem to have the logistics side of the business down to a science.

I have never had any issues with travel bookings or reimbursements. I really like and company and the clients I work with. Long-term work life balance can be tough at times but it is for sure achievable. Leadership is supportive of career development and plenty of opportunities for training and advancement if you are in it for the long-haul.

Solid management, opportunity to work with some of the more talented people in the industry. I do not feel like its a pure numbers game they seem to care about quality of product over pure metrics. Sr Consultant Sr. You can tell this is a family run business. I have never had an issue I could not bring to my senior. I was able to work from home when not working on site. This was a pretty big deal the past year and I am not sure what I would have done if they were not so understanding.

About what you would expect from the position. I am more of a roving assistant so I get to work with any number of people any given week. The work itself is fairly easy and the people here are kind and decent. I have worked at companies in the past that do not value support staff. This is not one of those companies.

Business Operations - Consultative Sales. A good working environment. Uncapped commission, you can make your own schedule. They have a good training and you will gain sales experience.

Everyone you work with seems vested in your success. This really helps with motivation and I always have someone around I can ask for help. Pros Travel. Cons Travel. I have been able to work on some really interesting projects with some really intelligent people. They also really entourage a collaborative environment and provide plenty of opportunities for training.

They seem to really want to focus on improving the life of people who work in the field. Yes There are 2 helpful reviews 2 No.

Solid leadership from management. Never had any issues with travel or reimbursements. Work life balance is pretty much on par with other companies in the industry. Work environment is mostly positive but competitive. Compensation structure and commission is better than the last consulting company I worked with. I have enjoyed working with most of the clients I have worked with over the years.

Lots to like about working here. The amount of time I get to spend with clients is a huge bonus. Most of the experience and skills I have picked up have come with working directly with clients on site. The less time I am spending booking, organizing or selling clients the more I can spend focusing on a successful engagement. Most of the heavy lifting lead wise is already done for you.

This is mostly a con but it means you have less control on how a client was treated or handled before you even walk in the door. Enjoying my time here and have made a good number of what I would consider life long friends. I spend most of my day talking with both potential clients and our consultants in the field. Things can get pretty hectic but the day goes by fast and I enjoy everyone I work with on a daily basis. Can't really ask for much more than that.

The law of numbers is the only thing floating. Don't bother taking on the role of SBA with this company. They operate based on the law of numbers and provide you with some support from a senior person within the office called an SSD. They do not call the role what it really is - A Sales Job - with a "sales team" setting appointments in a call center. The potential client you will see has no idea of what to expect and that is the "perception" that the company wants to keep.
